Rate: £ 16.0 to £ 17.8 K (full-time (per year)) + free parking, generous holidays, cinema tickets, complementary therapists and much, much more.
There to make life as hassle-free as possible for our customers, this is a role that very much sums up first direct. Whenever people are having difficulties with their cards, they’ll simply call us up and you’ll resolve their problem as quickly and as smoothly as possible – keeping them fully informed along the way.
An excellent communicator with a ‘can-do’ attitude, you’ll work out exactly what our customers need and send them away full of confidence about using our services in the future. You’ll have bags of initiative and will enjoy having to think on your feet and help people out of awkward situations.
It’s about making a fantastic impression every time you pick up the phone, and doing everything in your power to resolve complaints or queries.
