Customer Services Advisor £15,500 Doncaster

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a large construction company based in Doncaster. The role will involve;

Implementing customer care procedures by recording customer complaints/ concerns received directly form clients/ tenants
Providing general and overall support to the department such as recording satisfaction results and assisting with customer care initiatives.

The successful candidate will possess;

Excellent communication skills,
Be able to work off their own initiative,
Have good organisational skills
and have experience working in a customer services environment or similar role.
