Evening Document Production Team Leader
Location: : Sheffield - Sheffield
Rate: £ 24 to £ 25.5 K (full-time (per year))
Fabulous opportunity to join this leading global firm with it’s UK head offices in Sheffield. You will be part of the management team responsible for running the 24 hour Document Production team. Working 5pm to Midnight, Monday to Friday you will lead a team of c9 who are responsible for producing a range of business documents to a very high standard. Your day to day duties will include: ensure teams meet deadlines, allocating workloads, handling a range of staffing issues (authorising holidays, conducting performance reviews etc). This is a hands on role, and you will work alongside the team in producing the documents, therefore it is essential that you have first class IT skills and very fast copy and audio typing speeds (c70wpm). For this role, you will have proven experience of managing a team, have excellent organisational skills, experience in dealing with a demanding workload, have high accuracy levels and be able to work as an active team member.
