HR/Administration Manager
Location: : Sheffield - Sheffield
Rate: £ 28 to £ 30 K (full-time (per year))
Leading professional services firm with offices in the heart of Sheffield City Centre require an experience HR/Administration Manager to manage all their systems and procedures. You will be responsible for managing the HR function – providing advice, support and guidance to Partners and senior managers of the firm. Duties will include:
•working to staffing and training budgets
•promoting policies and procedures j
•develop systems in: sickness/absence management, disciplinary, recruitment, appraisal, training, staff planning etc
•maintain quality systems
•oversee the procurement of services and supplies
•responsible for health and safety in the workplace
For this role we seek an experienced Administration Manager, educated to degree level in a business related subject, CIPD qualified and with a proven career within professional services.
