Lease Management Administrator
Location: : Leeds - West Yorkshire
Rate: £ 14 to £ 16 K (full-time (per year))
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a large, dynamic accounts team. Working for my client as a Lease Management Administrator, this role will provide the right candidate with an excellent chance to develop all round skills including Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and Credit Control. Duties:
Ensuring prompt monthly lease payments
Running monthly pre-lists which pick up charges to be paid
Running monthly recurring billing to generate payable invoices
Running manual invoices and payment runs to settle adhoc charges
Liaising with the Corporate Real Estate Group (internal), external property agents and landlords to ensure that charges are correct and to settle queries Maintaining Lease Management forms

Strong Accounts Office experience
Excellent IT Skills
Excel spreadsheet experience
Lease Management experience - advantage
The ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication skills
