Hudson Wells are looking to recruit a Resourcer to join it's established team based in Harrogate. The primary role of a Recruitment Resourcer is to assist the Consultants to source the best candidates for our clients. Resourcing candidates for Consultants vacancies. Sourcing candidates from our database for client requirements. Advertising requirements on the Internet in order to attract strong candidates. Interviewing prospective candidates in order to match them to requirements. Emailing short-listed candidate CV's to client. Arranging interviews and sending interview details to candidates. This is a fast moving role that will allow you to understand the mechanics of recruitment and allow you to develop your career as a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Resourcer. We are looking for people with an excellent telephone manner, good organisational skills, great memory and a sense of urgency.
