Well respected, Sheffield City centre based global company restructuring practice covers the whole spectrum of restructuring and insolvency work, and provides expert advice backed by specialist market knowledge and cutting edge technical practices. Their strength lies in the size of our team (approaching 250 lawyers worldwide) and they have in-depth experience representing lenders, debtors, creditors’ committees, and other major constituents in some of the world’s largest and most complex restructuring and insolvency matters. Their work ranges from re-organisation and reconstruction, distressed corporate finance, debt restructuring, and refinancing to formal insolvency procedures such as administration, receivership, voluntary arrangements, liquidation, and bankruptcy. They have considerable experience advising financial institutions, businesses and other key stakeholders on rescue and recovery procedures.
Person Specification
The top-rated Chambers team in Sheffield are looking to recruit an additional solicitor ideally a years' pqe or above. The role is a fairly equal split between contentious and non-contentious work, so we would welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
