We are looking for a Technical Production Support Engineer for our client based in Sheffield Our client is very successful company with over 45 years experience serving over 200 clients both nationally and internationally in over 30 countries We are looking for candidates of senior Toolmaking or good engineering/machining backgrounds, with experience of milling, turning and surface grinding. The successful candidate should be able to use their initiative and be adept at problem solving on existing production problems and also design and manufacture parts on development projects. Main components of the role are :-To improve existing production processes and to introduce new production equipment where applicable. To liaise with all internal departments and sub-divisions of the group in carrying out this role. To act as production support on day-to-day problems. .Working a 39 hour week based on a base salary of between £20000 and £22000 per year.
